Sadly, people don't just become confident. It takes a process.

1. Mind your business: be very good (minimum of 60%) at what you do.

2. Impact people around you: do random act of kindness

3. Take responsibilities for your actions: you will win, you will be stupid at times. Accept this bitter fact.

4. Dress well: dressing properly is a great mood booster. You know this already.
