Perform String Shifts

I recently joined this coding challenge. LeetCode came up with 30-Day Coding Challenge to stay focused while staying inside. It is good practice for those like me who are preparing for future coding interviews.

So here is the problem ;

You are given a string s containing lowercase English letters, and a matrix shift, where shift[i] = [direction, amount]:

Return the final string after all operations.
